At Fleming Silver, we strive for excellence in everything we offer. All of our engraved products are HAND-ENGRAVED and may contain small variations. This is to be expected and treasured because it makes your piece unique. While we strive to show you an accurate representation of what your piece will look like, you may notice a slight variance from the sample piece shown on our website.

While we are certain you will be delighted with your purchase and we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, should you feel the need to return or exchange your purchase, please note:

Returns and Repairs:

Our policy for return requires written authorization. Request to return merchandise must be received by Fleming Silver within 5 days of receipt. A return authorization number can be obtained by emailing: customerservice@flemingsilver.com

Items that have been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for return or replacement.

An email with an authorization number and return address will be generated within 48 hours during regular business days.
Return status updates are issued by email.

Shipping:

All merchandise shipped USPS, Priority Mail unless otherwise indicated.

Delivery:

Please allow 10 days for delivery.

Due to the volatile nature of the precious metal market, prices prior to acceptance of order are subject to change without notice.

All products offered by Fleming Silver are hand-engraved. We offer products in Solid Sterling Silver, Sterling Silver Overlay, 10k and 14k Gold, 12k Gold Fill, Jewelers Bronz and German Silver.
